Nitin Sandesara is an Indian fugitive corporate
fraudster. He was once considered as a genius pharmaceutical businessman. Unfortunately,

fugitive fraud.
Nitin Sandesara was recently arrested in Dubai
under pressure from the Indian authorities. However, he was soon let off. He is now believed to be in Nigeria with entire family members. It may not be possible for the Indian establishment to bring him back from Nigeria because of the lack of any treaty. Nitin is supposed to have used his links with Rejesh Asthana, a senior IPS officer and currently a top rank CBI officer, in coming out of the clutches of Dubai Police.
Sterling Biotech had taken loans from a
consortium of banks led by Andhra Bank to the tune of 50 billion. Over time,
this loan became non – performing assets.
