Rahul Gandhi Gang Rape Case of Sukanya Devi

Sukanya Devi Gang Rape Case has become quite interesting. It is not just the involvement by Rahul Gandhi, but also the extraordinary silence by Liberals and Indian Media. It shows the power of Gandhi Family.

The Supreme Court of India has exonerated Rahul Gandhi and has fined the petitioner in this case. It has also asked the CBI to track bloggers who have written about the case. The intent was to frighten people writing and posting anything against Gandhi Family.

The Bench was headed by Swatantra Kumar, who was made NGT Chairman just after giving verdict (and, retirement). A plum post retirement plan was ready for him.

The judgment is primarily based on the statements of the girl – Sukanya Devi – and her father.

What can you do if the victim is openly saying that she wasn’t raped?

In fact, Sukanya Devi had first approached the Allahabad High Court one year back – in 2011.

Where was she since 2006? She didn’t turn up to make any statement for full five years. She didn’t complain about any post and viral video. Some of her villagers had talked to media persons calling her a victim of gang rape. And, she remained mute even then.

How?

That’s a mystery.

But, the biggest mystery was and is her name.

Her real name or you can say registered name is Kirti Singh – not Sukanya Singh.

This name has weakened the case. However, there is quite interesting thing hidden here. For full five years, neither she nor her father made any comment that her name is Kirti Singh. Even her villagers had no information about her name being Kirti.

And, suddenly she came forward calling herself Kirti Singh.
